How to get a refund is dependent on the store you used to purchase the software product.
Refunds are accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon approval, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within the time allocated by the payment system, typically within a few days.
For Add-ons purchased on Adobe’s site, you are required to contact Adobe for the refund.
For Add-ons purchased on Creative Market’s site, please contact me using your email address that is associated with Creative Market. I will then initiate the refund request with Creative Market. They will in turn, send you an email when they have finished processing the refund.
