What happens to an existing subscription if the price changes?
The price for existing subscriptions remains the same for as long as the subscription remains active. New subscriptions will get the new price.
Is it possible to put a subscription on hold rather than cancelling?
Not at this time.
Can I cancel subscriptions?
Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions at anytime by following this process:
- Go to your Account > My License Details page
- Click on “Extend License“
- You will be redirected to the checkout. Click on the “Cancel License Renewal” button
Your license will remain active until the expiration date of the subscription is reached.
A more streamlined process will be integrated in the near future.
Can I reactivate my subscription(s) later?
Yes, licenses can be renewed. Renewing will reactivate the subscription.
Can subscriptions be upgraded?
Yes. You can upgrade your subscription to include more licenses by:
- Opening the Account > My License Details page
- To the right of the product with eligible upgrades, click on the “View Upgrades” link
- Review the options and click on the link “Upgrade License” which will redirect you to the checkout page
- Complete your purchase
